“Old Hat New Hat” by Stan and Jan Berenstein is a cute picture book with appealing rhymes. A bear goes into a hat shop to buy a new hat, and after trying on many hats, decides he prefers his own. A simple, but fun story for young children, and a good reminder to us all that new is not necessarly better. Sometiems the old is just fine, or even preferable.
