A Fly Went By, by Mike McKlintock is a fun story in rhyme about animals (as well as one man) being afraid of each other due to a complete misunderstanding. Each thought the one behind him was out to get him, and it just wasn’t so. What an important lesson for young and old alike: don’t assume, but ask, communicate!
