About Robin
My name is Robin Gilman and I am a Jewish woman who seeks to follow God. I believe Jesus is the Jewish Messiah (and that of the whole world) – my family and I call Him “Yeshua” as His parents would have, but I’m quite bilingual and am happy to use the English version of His name.
I love God’s Word for the truth and light it brings me. Living by God’s Word is transformative and life-bringing.
Besides my love for God and His Word I love my husband of over forty years (we’ve had our ups and downs), our ten offspring (mothering has been so rewarding but I’ve had challenging times, there, too) and their spouses, our eight grandchildren, and, well, people in general.
I love languages – I am only fluent in two (English and French) but am learning Spanish and Hebrew at the moment.
I love vigorous walks and I love looking at water – oceans, rivers, lakes.
I love meeting people from all over the world (a stranger is a friend I haven’t met yet) and welcoming them into our home.
I love, love, love, encouraging people. That’s what I’m here for. That’s why I write (books, blog posts) and speak.
